INTERACTIVE SELF-CHECK

What should you practice next?

Answer seven practical questions about your current game. PickleProgress will identify the two areas that deserve the most attention in your next training block.

7 questions · about 2 minutes This is not an official rating test. It is a training-priority tool built around the same broad skill areas that matter in the 3.0 → 3.5 progression.
1. How reliable is your serve in normal games?
2. What happens on your return of serve?
3. How usable is your third-shot drop?
4. How stable are your neutral dink rallies?
5. What is your movement through the transition zone like?
6. How controlled are your volleys at the kitchen?
7. How often do routine unforced errors decide your rallies?

How the self-check works

The tool does not assign an official rating. It simply compares your own answers across seven development areas and surfaces the two lowest-scoring areas. That keeps the result useful without pretending a short online questionnaire can replace match observation or a formal assessment.

Reference points

The categories are aligned with the broad progression themes described by USA Pickleball for Level Three players: consistency, serve and return depth, third-shot development, dinking, volleys, movement toward the non-volley zone and reduction of unforced errors. The scoring and recommendation logic are PickleProgress's own training framework.
